Ordering and Pickup

How do I place an order online?

Our online shop offers a selection of ready-made cakes and pastries that you can order for pickup. You can place an order directly through our website by visiting the Shop page, selecting your items, and following the checkout process.

Can I schedule my order for pickup at a specific time?

Yes! During checkout, you can choose a preferred pickup time, and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently, we offer pickup only, but we’re happy to have your order ready for you at our store at your chosen time.

Dine-In Options

Can I reserve a table for brunch or dessert?

We accept walk-ins, but if you’d like to secure a table, especially for larger groups, please call us ahead to reserve.

Do you offer any dietary options (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?

Yes, we offer some gluten-free options, like our meringue bites. Please reach out to discuss other dietary needs.

What are your dine-in hours?

Our dine-in hours:

Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

What types of custom cakes do you make?

We create personalized cakes for birthdays, graduations, wedding anniversaries, and other special events. Just let us know your vision, and our pastry chef will bring it to life!

Can I order a dessert table with a mix of pastries for my event?

Absolutely! We offer custom dessert tables with a variety of pastries, including cupcakes, trifles, eclairs, zefyrs, meringue bites, homemade marshmallows, macarons, pies, and custard pastries. Mix and match your favorites to create a beautiful spread for your celebration!

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

For custom cakes and large pastry orders, we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

Payment and Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal for online orders, cash or card in-store.

What is your cancellation policy for custom orders?

Custom orders can be canceled with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
