Returns and Exchanges
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (cakes, pastries, etc.), we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Custom Orders: Custom cakes and dessert orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Ready-made Orders: For non-custom orders, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. After that, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In the case of damaged or incorrect products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
